At the 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Kala Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) held on June 16, 2022, the Company’s stockholders voted on the following proposals:

The Company’s stockholders elected Mr. Mark Iwicki and Dr. Mark S. Blumenkranz as Class II directors, each to serve for a three-year term expiring at the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until his successor has been duly elected and qualified.
