Item 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On October 29, 2018, Paulina Hill notified Kala Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) of her decision to resign as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”), effective immediately. With the resignation, Ms. Hill also resigned as a member of the Company’s Audit Committee. There were no disagreements between Ms. Hill and the Company or any officer or director of the Company which led to Ms. Hill’s resignation.
